How does pricing work?
Your price is based on how many services you use.
Each of these counts as 1 active service:
- 1 Income Tax Profile
- 1 VAT Profile
- 1 Corporation Tax Profile
- 1 Payroll Employee
Just add what you need, when you need it. One price — any service.
What is an active profile?
An active profile is one live filing service you manage for a client:
- A VAT registration you file for
- An Income Tax (Self Assessment) client you file for
- A Corporation Tax company you file for
A single client can have more than one profile – for example a company you file both VAT and Corporation Tax for counts as two active profiles.
You only pay for the profiles you actively file for. Setup and draft work are always free – a profile only becomes active once it’s filing.
Your discount grows as you add profiles – up to 90%.

Is there a minimum contract?
We don’t have minimum contracts.
Just pay for what you use... and cancel if you no longer need it. Simples.
What can I do with the FREE version?
With the Free Version, you can get completely set up, check your tax positions, and see information. You can use it forever if you like – it gives lots of information about what HMRC sees. Great if you just want to stay on top of what your accountant is submitting, for example.
You can file any tax for FREE for 30 days. After this, you can either cancel, or continue to use the paid service if you want to keep filing.
What if I have any issues with billing?
You can reach out to our support team at any time.

That way we can identify your account, and help more effectively.
Can I test the service before I need to pay?
Yes… just sign up for the Free Version. You can test all aspects of the services available for free. If you want to file any tax returns, you’ll need to select one of the options – but you’ll get 30 days free to file in any case.
Is my payment secure?
Yes – completely.
We use Stripe, one of the world's biggest and safest payment companies. They handle your card details – we never see or store them.
Stripe uses best-in-class security practices to secure and encrypt your information, and they are audited to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes.
It will renew unless you cancel it. We'll email you 30 days before to remind you.
You can change the payment method you wish to use in Your Billing > Payment methods. The default method will be used to automatically renew your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time.
Just turn off the subscription through through Your Billing > Your Subscription.
Your access will continue until your renewal date – then it stops.
